Welcoming guests since April 2017

In response to Covid-19 we have put in place additional measures for the safety and well being of our guests

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for all the guests in the holiday party who are occupying the Property during the holiday period. The Hirer accepts the terms of this agreement on behalf of all guests and shall ensure that they comply with the terms of this agreement.

The Hirer must not use the Property except for the purpose of a holiday by the holiday party during the holiday period, and not for any other purpose or longer period.

The holiday period will mean from 3pm on the date of arrival to 11.00am on the date of departure, unless otherwise agreed between the Owner and the Hirer.

The property is accessed by stairs and may be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.

A 25% deposit must be paid by the Hirer (in Euros) in order to confirm the reservation and the balance of the payment must be paid and cleared 2 weeks in advance of the arrival date unless otherwise agreed between the Owner and the Hirer.

Confirmation of the booking will be made in writing (normally by email).

If the Hirer cancels the holiday booking, the Owner shall be entitled to retain the deposit, unless the Owner is able to re-let the property, in which case the full deposit will be returned. Should the cancellation occur within 2 weeks of the arrival date, 50% of the full payment will be retained, unless the owner is able to re – let the property, in which case all monies will be returned.

If the Owner has to cancel the booking for reasons beyond their reasonable control, it will refund any part of the Letting Fee that has been paid. The Hirer is advised to take out travel/trip insurance which should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond their control.
